PROPS NEEDED: None

Start your practice with mindfulness, breathing, and tuning into the body. Then explore neck and thoracic mobility, separately and finally together. Isolate the lumbar spine before moving into full spine movements, equally working both mobility and stabilization. Therapeutic twists and creative roll-ups are sprinkled throughout and you can expect some core strengtheners toward the end. This class is a great balance of some more therapeutic movements in combination with some challenging exercises.

CAUTIONS: Loaded wrist, shoulder, and knee joints.
