PROPS NEEDED: None

Complete. This practice will leave you feeling an embodied sense of your whole self. It starts standing, tending to the toes, feet, and ankles, and moves on to some challenging mobility drills for the hips. A supine sequence unlocks shoulders, elbows, and wrists before taking us into movements that utilize all of the core tissue. We spend some time in quadruped and child’s pose to tend to the back of the shoulder tissue and the thoracic spine. Finish width a downward dog that allows for you to play with various neck positions with traction and a soothing rest period that will leave you feeling complete.

Cautions: Wrist loading (minimal), Knee loading, Ankle loading
