PROPS NEEDED: No Props

This practice begins with an important skill that we thread throughout the session. Expect a lot of shoulder blade mobility and coordination before making our way down the arms all the way through the fingers. We play with shoulder rotation through different positions and do some deep opening and strengthening of the chest. Extra attention is given to the wrists in preparation for some weight-bearing postures. The class comes to a head with different variations of push-ups, planks, and down dogs. Modifications are given throughout.
