Hip rotators, unite! This class is heavy on hip rotation, exploring this basic movement in lots of different positions. A plethora of creative challenges that incrementally train the deepest muscles of the joint capsule. We also work knee rotation as well as ankle and toe mobility to get us warmed up for a tough but fun flow at the end. Great for optimizing hip, knee, and ankle health.
