Description: This practice will challenge and build your core strength if you follow the alignment principals closely. Starts with a mobility (stretch and strength) warm up for every part of your spine before diving deep into core strength and stability exercises that will leave you feeling worked in and out. Expect variations on forearm planks, thoracic spine drills, and traditional pilates core-work, all using the Total Body Foam Roller.
