PROPS NEEDED - Massage Balls (or any sturdy cylindrical-shaped item)
Conscious Connection. We begin with a guided meditation to help us consciously connect to our center to set the tone for an intentional movement practice. This one inspires us to move from the inside-out. We start with movements from our center and work toward the periphery. We get into some yummy massage moments using the prop as a tool for external inputs and somatic exercises inspired by the Feldenkreis practice. Think of this class as therapy for your body, mind, and heart.
