PROPS NEEDED - 1 Pillow

Connect to a felt sense of support as we start by stopping and allow for the natural qualities of the earth to hold us. We open with subtle movements of the spine to ease us into our practice and to create space from our center outward. The first half of this class is spent as close to the ground as possible from our backs to our sides and exploring our fluid nature without over-efforting. The second half gradually takes us into more upright positions to move every joint in the upper body with great care. We finish with a few slow sitting and standing dance-like patterns that use the whole body and soothe the soul. YUM!
