PROPS NEEDED: 1 Chair (without armrests) + 1 Towel or Blanket (slidable surface)
Craving a challenging practice? This class is full of creative options for up-leveling your mobility training. Starting with exercises that use the towel as a slidable surface to target the toes, feet, ankles, and knees, followed by standing hip rotations and end-range lift-offs that target every area around the hip joint. We take it to the floor for task-based exercises that make for a healthier core and spine. After some challenging wrist and shoulder mobility drills, we explore movement patterns that engage the whole body. We finish with a flowy stretch and strength sequence using the chair. Do it!
