  3. At checkout, scroll past the credit card information and click “Package, gift, or coupon code”.

  4. If you have redeemable sessions for the selected appointment type, click ‘View your redeemable codes’ to apply them—your balance will be $0.

    3. If you have redeemable sessions for the selected appointment type, click ‘View your redeemable codes’ to redeem—your balance will be $0.

  • Once you are logged in, click on your email address in the top right corner of the scheduler. In the drop click “Manage codes” to see any unused sessions left on a package.

  • You can find the link in your confirmation email and/or any reminder emails. Alternatively, once you are logged in, click on your email address in the top right corner of the scheduler. In the dropdown click “Appointments” from there, you will see the meeting link.

  • Once you are logged in, click on your email address in the top right corner of the scheduler. In the dropdown, click “Appointments” and navigate between “Upcoming” and “Past” to see your appointments.

  • In your confirmation email and/or any reminder emails, there is a button to “change/cancel” your appointment. Alternatively, once you are logged in, click on your email address in the top right corner of the scheduler. In the dropdown click “Appointments” from there, you may reschedule or cancel your upcoming appointment.

  • I require 24 hours notice for cancellation, otherwise a full charge will ensue. 

  • Please don’t hesitate to reach out—fill out the contact form below! I’ll do my best to offer alternative sessions to suit your schedule. 

  • This is something that we will discuss during our live session time in order to create the appropriate cadence that suits your unique needs. 

  • If you would like to modify the format (online / in person) of one of your sessions, contact me using the form below to inquire.

  • Purchase your preferred package type on the Work With Me page.

  • Yes! Payment plan packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Pay in full packages expire one year from the date of purchase.
